John Crabtree OBE DL D.UNIV
Non Executive Chairman

John Crabtree OBE has a very wide variety of business, community and charitable interests, predominantly in the West Midlands. Until 2003, he was senior partner of Wragge & Co - the leading Birmingham based national firm of solicitors - and, until recently, was chairman of both Metalrax Group plc and Claimar Care Group plc. He is currently Chairman of SLR Management Limited, TruckEast, Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust, Staffline Group Plc, White and Black LLP and the charity, Sense. He is also a director of Advantage West Midlands - the regional development authority.

John is a former President of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce & Industry, was High Sheriff of the West Midlands, and is currently Deputy Lieutenant. In 2004, he was voted UK lawyer of the year and awarded a lifetime achievement award from the Birmingham Law Society. In 2003, he was voted West Midlands Businessman of the year.

John is Chairman of Oxford Medical Diagnostics Ltd www.omdiagnostics.com . OMD, a spin out company from the University of Oxford, is developing medical devices for the detection of diseases using breath analysis. He spent his early career at IBM UK Ltd where he became Property Director. In 1991 he led the management buyout of the IBM UK property management division, to form Procord Ltd, where he was Managing Director. In 1994, Procord was acquired by Johnson Controls Inc, the global outsourcing services supplier, where he became chairman and vice president of the European Facilities Management division. John was a founder director of Screen plc and REI plc.

William Wyatt
Non Executive Director

William joined Caledonia in 1997 from Close Brothers Corporate Finance. He was appointed a director in 2005 and CEO in 2010. As well as Caledonia and REI, he is a director of a number of other listed businesses including Melrose Resources plc, Avanti Communications Plc and Terrace Hill plc. William is also a director on the Board of Cobepa (an unquoted Belgian investment company) and Chairman of TGE Marine AG (a German marine gas engineering business) and Sterling Industries plc ( an engineering group).

Paul Bassi CBE DL D.UNIV DSC
Chief Executive

Paul is non - executive Chairman of Bond Wolfe and CP Bigwood, and was the former Regional Chairman & Strategy Advisor to Coutts Bank (West Midlands) and a member of the bank's executive steering board. Paul is also a former Director of the Birmingham Hippodrome and past President of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. In 2003, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Asian Jewel Awards, and was awarded the Lloyds TSB Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005.

Paul was appointed Deputy Lieutenant for the County of West Midlands in 2008, and his contribution to business in the Midlands region was recognised with his appointment by Buckingham Palace, as High Sheriff for the County of West Midlands for 2009. Paul has received Honorary Doctorates from both Birmingham City and Aston University, and was awarded a CBE in the 2010 New Year's Honours List.

Marcus Daly FCA
Finance Director

Marcus is a Chartered Accountant and has 20 years experience in advising clients on strategic matters and corporate planning, particularly in the property sector. He has responsibility for all financial and group accounting matters, together with corporate finance matters. Marcus is also a member of the audit committee, and a non-executive director of the Tipton & Coseley Building Society, and CP Bigwood.
