The Directors are of the opinion that the UK commercial property market will provide opportunities and that soundly financed properties, let to strong tenant covenants, will provide a competitive income yield with the prospect of capital growth. REI's strategy is to acquire properties with these characteristics.

REI will continue to focus on medium sized investment properties with a geographic concentration in the W. Midlands and Central England.
